I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Nice day today! It was almost too warm right now. I ran with the varsity boys out to the Cove pond and back via 13400 S. We did kind of a progression run going from 8 min pace to 6 min pace by the end. It was a good run. 50:35 for the run.
