Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Easy morning run with the kids on a loop on the trail to Mirabella and back to Monarch by way of Shaggy Peak. It was nice, but the wind made it chilly, My hammy is still way tight, so I rumble rolled today after the run, ouch! 7:43 pace

Ouch is right that hurts. If it's knotted it really hurts. Your a great runner and will be back out there. Good to here from you .
