The legs were super tight and sore still, not sure why I am doing this to myself again, but hopefully it will help me for the future.  I stayed at my sisters in Spanish and got up eary to get to the buses, turns out I could have slept a while loger because I stood around at the aprk for 45 minutes.  I bussed up with Tim and when we got to the top we went up the trail to the bathrooms that no one uses and hung out until almost race time.  I warmed up for a mile before and I could tell it was going to be rough with sore legs.

Not much to say about the race, I just tried to hang on the best I could like I did at Timp.  I sure it was a good training run, but not good for a race. Glad I did it though even though it hurt and I got whupped by all kinds of people.  It was good to see people that I haven't seen in a long time.  Cooled down 2 miles with Rory and Devra after.  Still placed 3rd in the age for not racing it.
