Ran on the canal trail/BST in Willard.  I went south today and ran over by South Willard to the canyon.  I turned around at the gravel mine and came back the same way.  I ran a pretty solid pace, around 7:00 ave, which is pretty good for that trail.   I did have a little discomfort with my right foot today.  Last night I pulled out a part of plantar wart that I had and it hurts like crazy today.  I have never had one of those warts before, but they sure hurt when you bug them.  I wore extra padding around it so that I could run today.  Hopefully it will go away soon, because it is right on the ball of my foot where I toe off.

I sent you an email about Saturday's run in case you want to come. I thought you had your 1/2 marathon this week.

I am heading up to Bear Lake this weekend for a family reunion. I will be driving up tomorrow (Friday) after I am done at the school. I could stop in Willard about 4 or 5 if you want to go for an 8 or 9 miler. Also, I would like to run with you guys on Saturday. I can drive down from Bear Lake if I need to. I will call you.

I forgot that I have to turn in a fix-it ticket for my headlight to the Wellsville police department early this afternoon. I got this ticket last week and need to take care of this. I won't be able to run but am planning on going tomorrow with everyone. Sorry about this. This ticket doesn't cost me anything except a new headlight so I need to turn the paper in!
