3.5 miles and a little Ultimate Frisbee with the team.  First time to run that much in a week since November!  I am sore but have been doing a lot of rehab and stretching and I did alright.

Hey, thanks for the comment on the race! You should have come and run it, you could have given the poor 17 year old who beat me some competition!!! I bet a few of your cross country kids were there, they usually are!!!

You switched over to Herriman, right???

Oh, even with my out of shape, over weight, injured body i still would have won that race. I have been kicking myself all weekend:). I am just happy that I was able to run 4 times last week, that is the most since November before I tore my psoas muscle. I didn't want to over due it. Now that I am a local I plan on making my presence felt around the area in road races as soon as I am healed.

I had a few freshman kids that will be running for me that did ok at the race. A lot of kids were out of town last week though. maybe next year.

There were a ton of kids this year, I was impressed. They all did pretty well, but most faded pretty good at mile 2 when all you have left is the UPHILL part. It is hard to plan for!!!

I am glad you are a man so I do not have to actually compete with you in the local races!!!

Take care!
