Today is my Birthday and I have so much going on (school, physicals for all spring sports, practice, and a Region planning meeting) I probably won't get home until 8:30pm. I Woke up at 5:00am and ran out to the Cove and back. The weather was not too bad, but I am not used to running that early. I saw several women out running by themselves in the dark at 5:00am. I ran up on several and scared them pretty bad. I thinking how I wouldn't let my wife do that by herself, too many creepers around. Anyway, I got a few miles in. 7:38 pace. |
