7.51 miles today. I tried out my new Vasque trail running shoes today and got two blisters and had to stop. I think that I will stick to my road shoes. When I got home I popped the blisters and tonight they feel better. :)

I have yet to find a pair of trail shoes I like. I normally stick with my regular running shoes. Elmore uses more of a hybrid shoe which are just a tweak of a regular shoe (more nubs and a little toe protection). I think he's onto something.
