Steady run on the treadmill to get used to flat/warmer. Watched xc spring skiing throughout, made it reasonably easily to 12 miles in 1:43. My leg had issues off and on so I needed to push some buttons and mix it up. Stayed mostly around 7.0 mph, 1.0 grade, but moved it to 2.5/6.9, 0.0/7.3, etc from time to time. Will have to work hard on my leg for the next two weeks but it was a good run overall.
