| Really slow today. Chilly, foggy, raw day--warm for December but not nice. Old calcification injury is really sore, so just took it easy and got some pre-holiday miles.

| EL. Started out kind of breathless but got a good rhythm going down the back side and finished with two sub-8 miles. 48:58 total for the EL+ 6 miles. Freaky warm but cloudy and damp.
