Tryout run in new kicks. Feel good. Accelerated gradually to 7:20s, nice and responsive. Also did workout challenges for Realfit, including 1,000m row (warmup, 1:51 for 500), sandbag toss, plank extensions and TRX hang, so good workout overall.
A little disappointed that I started to get heel irritiation with the new shoes. Otherwise they felt very good. Ran a warmup -> 8.1 mph, then 5 x 2:00 @ 6:58 w 2:00 @ 8:13 recovery. Felt pretty good again.
