Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.

Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

Married, science writer/editor, enjoy life on the coast of Maine
Have been fighting vertigo, so running is difficult. Have finished 2 12-minute rows, 2 45-minute treadclimbs and 2 20-minute incline walks on the mill since my last run, so trying to keep the blood moving. Today's run was not good, but it was a run.
Plus some uphill walking. Fought vertigo all week so not easy for working out. Have done some treadclimbing to keep the pipes clear though.
