| Slow with Michelle around EL. Felt good. Had planned to run yesterday but PF and HHH weather and a bad stomach all conspired to keep me lazy. Much better today.

| Easy lunchtime 5. Finally getting a little better acclimated to the warmth--it was pretty toasty and I felt fine. PF is a nuisance, but my sciatic nerve hasn't flared for a while, so, yay?

| In a bit of a rut, but a rut is better than where I've been. Cooler and cloudy today, so it felt pretty easy to run a better pace.
