Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.

Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

Finally a normal day. Lifted circuit x 2, ran progressive to 7:40 by end.
As part of Realfit. Ran 7 x 1:00 at 7.5 mph and 5 degree grade w 1:00 at 7.5/0 degrees. Plus 3 sets of kettle bell swings, front lunges and squats.
Treadmill slog. V sore from lower body workout yesterday.
Treadclimb 50 minutes.
