I just started college and am a little lost without my xc and track from high school! But I'm beginning to breach the long-distance scene, which is fantastic!
Favorite Blogs:
4.5 miles in the morning, 5 continuous hills
Speed in the afternoon
2000- 9:23, about 7:30 pace
5 400s, 1:25 (I started out a little fast), 1:30, 1:30, 1:29, 1:27
We ran it as a speed workout, 1 mile fast and then fartlek until we finished. I was feeling kind of sick today.
I felt really great about the run; I was able to push the whole race. Afterward we had a BBQ :)
An hour and twenty minutes easy. I went around Sugarhouse Park and I've felt really good all day- no injuries or soreness, etc.
