I just started college and am a little lost without my xc and track from high school! But I'm beginning to breach the long-distance scene, which is fantastic!
Murray Invitational (3.1 Miles) 00:23:57, Place overall: 168
Total Distance
6.00
I felt really great about the run; I was able to push the whole race. Afterward we had a BBQ :)

Yeah, I really love that course because there's not a lot of repetition, but I think I could have started out a little better because it bottlenecks pretty bad. I actually broke my foot on this course last year, so this year was definately an improvement :) Did you run at Murray?

Oh, I think our team was going to do the grass relays this year but we didn't end up doing them- what are they, exactly?
