I just started college and am a little lost without my xc and track from high school! But I'm beginning to breach the long-distance scene, which is fantastic!
Speed workout. We did 4 200s, mine were at 40-41 pace. Then we did 2 400s, 1:27 and 1:28, and wrapped up with a 200 relay thing (not timed). It was hard, I was glad it was a pretty small workout because I felt like my times were pretty good.
