I ran to Highland's track and did a mile speed changes. Then I did a ladder, 200, 400, 800, 600, 400, 200. Times :38, 1:28, 3:21, 2:34, 1:35, :41- I slowed down over the course of the workout, I wasn't feeling great. I think it should help me in a couple weeks, though. Afterward I ran home. |
