I just started college and am a little lost without my xc and track from high school!  But I'm beginning to breach the long-distance scene, which is fantastic!

Today I did 10 200s with 40 second recovery, and then a 400, 200, 400, 200.  My first 200 was 40, and the last two were 41 and 43, but the ones before that were under 40.  My first 400 was 1:31, which I felt ok about, but the second one I died physically but mostly mentally.  My throat was really gunky and I was having trouble breathing at the end, but I felt like I worked hard.

Did you count the cooldown? Somehow I got the workout as a mile more...

Haha I guess I didn't I was thinking it seemed a little short for how hard it was for me...

I'll change it.

Haha I had such a hard time counting the laps! I just wasn't sure if I'd counted more than we actually did.
