I just started college and am a little lost without my xc and track from high school! But I'm beginning to breach the long-distance scene, which is fantastic!
10 hills in the morning. We went on Sunnyside below the school- it was hard, but I worked and felt good about it.
2 laps around Sunnyside in the afternoon, then a 300. My knee wasn't hurting at all today- I'm glad it was just a two-day problem.
