First run in 12 days...my right knee has been giving me problems since mid August and it finally came to a breaking point on 11/4.  I was probably overcompensating for the knee and I ended up with a massive issue in my right calf that made it almost impossible to walk for several days.  I decided to shut it down to try and heal.  We will see tomorrow if I stayed out long enough.

I ran 10.06 miles out to the PWC and back.  It was 38 degrees with light rain/winds.
