Top of my right foot was feeling a bit "off" the past couple days. Took the day off. Rather be cautious and lose a little fitness rather than cause further problems.
HP & Chickfila, then to Camas Meadows and the Lacamas Trail to the very bottom, back through Camas to the lake, then home via the trail and Union HS. So peaceful around the lake at 6am. This has become my running area to recharge and fall in love with running again.
