Ran 7 miles on the dreadmill.
Weights working chest. Then some plyos
I'm fat.
Crossfit! Then ran 7.5, fast intervals of speed from minutes 30-54. The crossfitters jabbed friendly sarcasm at me for running so long after crossfitting. I like to do hard things!
I worked my lats a bit after that.
4 miles of Sprinting. Weights -shoulders
7 miles, weights -biceps and tri's
Ran 10 miles and no by butt hurts. : /
