Ran 2.5 this morning around 7:15 am. Temps were great and the sunrise even better. Delicious breakfast waiting for me at home again.
Ran 2.5 but my left foot starting hurting really bad. My right foot has been bothering me off and on as well. I swear the tm's always hurt my feet. Ugh.
40 min elliptical. Weights -chest.
I left my ipod and someone took it. I am ticked off!
Weights -lats. Less reps.
Ran 8.5, the last 2 miles were 6 min miles just to keep it real. I love running fast! And no hurting feet. This is good news!
Weights -legs.
30 minutes elliptical hell. 3 miles running. It's just hard running on the day I lift weights working legs.
Weights bicep and triceps.
Ran 8 miles. My legs still felt heavy from yesterday. I wish it felt like a more productive run but I'll still take it.
Weights, shoulders. I wimped out. I didn't even finish them all. ha!
