ran 6 miles on the river trail. Mixed in some intense quick pick ups. Speed is coming back. I can feel it. on my way to lake powell till friday. then running the lehi round up 5k saturday morning. Pretty daring running a race after vacation. All in good fun.

Have fun at Lake Powell Lily! You are running the Round Up 5K?? So jealous!!! That was the only 5k I ran while I lived in Utah. There is a 10k now as well. Great prizes and a really good raffle. Enjoy it for me please.
