ran 6.5. incorporated tabata sprints into the last 2 miles. I am feeling so good. Still need to gain endurance. Tabata should help.

Maybe I'm out of the loop, but what is a tabata sprint?

From Lily on Mon, Jun 18, 2012 at 14:51:59 from 67.199.178.210

Carina it's just a type of sprint training. It's not long duration sprints with shorter rest. It's supposed to have profound endurance gains. I"ll let you know what I think after doing it for a few weeks.
