Track workout disaster. Not sure what's going on, but I am fatigued, lack pep, whatever you want to call it. I know I need to sleep more, but wonder if there is something else. I haven't been taking my multi-vitamins for a few weeks, so I started that back up today.

Ran .50 to the track, and another 1 mile on the track to warm up.

Then 4x200's, 4x400's, 4x200's. Was about 3-5 seconds slower on each rep then I wanted to be. I just didn't have it in me today. The last week I have felt like a disaster. Who knows...

Cool down 1.25 miles home.

I believe in multivitamins.

Good job on doing your workout even though you weren't feeling it.

I have the answer: Diet Coke. :)

Seriously though maybe you just need more sleep. Hope you start feeling better.

You are awesome for even attempting SW when you weren't feeling it. I definitely think sleep, good nutrition, and lots of laughing helps. :)

And yes lets start running together. Give me sometime to recover. My first mile today was literally 10:15! ha when my legs come back I will let you know.

Scott is on the right track... but he means Diet Dew! :-)

You'll come out of this funk. You're strong and tough. That reminds me, I need to start taking my vitamins again.

Good for you for doing SW today. I have a hard time with this too, but everyday we can't be our best :/ You're awesome, don't worry too much about it!!
