Ran 7 miles with some upping the speed and downing the speed. Then weights working biceps and triceps.

Gotta mix it up when you are stuck on the dreadmill. I have no idea how people can run at a consistent pace on that thing. :)

Thanks Dale, I think you should lift a little more. I just know it has a power to lean me out. Rahcelle, I can't do same speed the whole time on the dreadmill, I have to make it interesting somehow. I usually do! :)
