Ran 6 at 5:30. Right calf hurt a bit afterwards. I will probably x-train the rest of the week :/

Same workout today other than starting time. Even down to the calf pain. I won't have much of a choice about taking most of the week off. Feel better. Let's run Ann's trail next week.

I, too, thought that you meant 5:30 pace and I was trying to figure out how long it'd been since I checked your blog. :) Good luck with the calf.
