Ran 6.25 on the dreadmill -o- fun. I could tell my legs were a little fatigued from yesterdays repeats.
26 minutes of elliptical hell, or helliptical, whichever you prefer my running friends!

Sounds like you LOVE all those machines at the gym! :-)

haha sounds like an average day at Disneyland. Next time you'll have to try the Step-o-death and Spin-o-rama machines. :)

I like that escalator machine. It's a great metaphor for life; endless climbing, getting nowhere.

Kam same with elliptical hell.
Pedaling maniac, standing idle.
Have I ever mentioned its total hell? Omg

I sold my elliptical for $50 a couple of months ago. It was a low-end model and not very good at all. I don't miss it.

Do you find that it is physically more demanding to run on the treadmill? I have to do all of my quality work outside, even if it's a blizzard, because there's no way that I can run a fast pace on a treadmill. Heck I can barely run slowly on a treadmill. Maybe I'm just really uncoordinated. =D
Good for you for getting your workouts in even if it means running on the dreadmill.
