Just checking in..... I have felt a major change the last 2 days in the calf. I don't really feel it anymore. I hope that means healing. I know it's not all the way healed, but what a GREAT sign! FRB poll: I still haven't seen a Dr. Should I make an appt and have a full exam on the leg done as well as x-rays to be sure of no hairline fracture? Or should I skip past that and go to a PT and get a little Graston technique done? I ran from my car to the gym doors. It didn't hurt. At all. Oh I hope!
