I was out kind of late and so I didn't set my alarm, Opps. I woke up at 5:15 and made it to the gym by 5:30. I learned some new stretches last night in PT. So I climbed on an elliptical for 15 minutes, then I stopped and stretched. The back on the elliptical for 50 minutes. Then I lifted. 6 weeks injured today. It's Cafe rio Friday. Eat away the sorrow.
