I was out kind of late and so I didn't set my alarm, Opps. I woke up at 5:15 and made it to the gym by 5:30. I learned some new stretches last night in PT. So I climbed on an elliptical for 15 minutes, then I stopped and stretched. The back on the elliptical for 50 minutes. Then I lifted.

6 weeks injured today.

It's Cafe rio Friday. Eat away the sorrow.

I know Catherine, I need to try the pool. There isn't one at our Gold's here, so I'd have to go to Orem. No biggie, I just need to do it.

Riverton- I usually get a burrito, sometimes I break out of my shell and order an enchilda or a tostada. I am so interesting.

Burt PT stands for pathetic things. As in injuries, people that wear TOMS, and guys with hairy chests and back fat named Burt.
