I have learned a lesson today. I just have to get up and run first no matter what. I didn't do that this morning and my energy lagged horribly because of it. I lifted weights -lats and then 31 min elliptical before I left and came home to run outside. I just struggled for energy and umph the whole time. It was a poor run. So I know that getting the run in first is my top priority, and anything else takes a backseat. If I get the other stuff in great. If not, oh well. A great dane came up to me on my left in the pitch black. I don't like that. Seriously, people need to chain up their dogs at night.....

I know Great Danes are generally very docile dogs, but they still scare the heck out of me sometimes because they are HUGE!

Jake I that's why it startled me, the dog is a beastly size. Like seeing a buck! It scared me so so bad.

Did you pee?

Great job talking Lindsay into racing again. Tell her I said hi. She'll know what it means.

I hear you Lily. My energy and motivation go out the window if I do anything else before running. We always have the best intentions right? Need the summer to make it a habit like brushing your teeth in the morning:) Good work getting your workout in anyway.

Burt I didn't talk Lindsey into racing goof. But I am stoked she is!

Don't tell everyone my last name is Summers. There are a lot of crazy people on here like Burt.

If I don't run first thing in the morning it just doesn't happen. Something more important always keeps me from doing it. I go so early, even the stray dogs are sleeping. Wait... are you sure that wasn't Burt that scared you? He's kinda beastly.

Unleashed dogs are my biggest pet peeve ever. Scary!! I like to do weights first most days but somedays I can totally relate. Just depends on my level of energy I guess.

Lets run together soon. :)

So far on this thread I've been called elusive, goofy, crazy, and beastly. Nice :)
