I feel silly for counting my 1.5 measly miles. I wasn't even going to run today. Just a recovery, and it actually turned into that anyway.
Elliptical hell for 50 minutes and I talked to much while doing so.
Boring.

Hey, I counted one mile once.
I'll only feel silly if I start counting my mileage from the couch to the fridge etc. Oh and my elevation gain for taking the stairs at work instead of the elevator.

After an awesome workout like yesterday's you need a good recovery, even if it is on the elliptical :(
Scott, that made me laugh - elevation for taking the stairs! Maybe I should mark out the mileage in my house. I probably could get an extra mile a day in...and some good elevation!
