Elliptical high intensity intervals for 20 minutes. Then I decided to strength train my shoulders before running which = A BAD IDEA. I had no energy to run afterwards. Oh man. Somehow I barely squeeked out 5.5 miles. Worked core afterwards. Also did some hip flexor plyo's a guy at the gym taught me. He is a former NFL football player for the Chicago Bears. He has shown me a ton of great plyo's for running. My hero!
