Awwwe there it is, 7!!!!!!!!! 4.5 miles, then 1 min on offs for 2 miles (6:22 pace). Half mile cool down jog. Not superb but I'll take it. Now let's hope Kam doesn't find out, or I may get the shaft for speed work yikes!

I just found out. For your punishment, you will need to get on the treadmill and do 5 minutes of 10% incline at 10 minute pace, repeat 4 times, equal recovery.
