7 miles on the river trail. last 1.5 miles I picked up the tempo. Felt so good to go quick.

Went to the gym and strength trained a tiny bit. 7 min elliptical hell doing tabata.

Running the Scottish sprint 5k on Saturday for the Payson games. My family is Scottish. Everyone should be there.

I like that a "Scottish spint" is a 5K... but in the US we refer to 5Ks as "mini-marathons" :-)

Haha true dat! They are tough and bull headed people. Probably why I can get a wee bit fiery ;). Seriously tho, my mom was actually born and raised there. They say you can race in a kilt (More so for the men) I wonder if they'll wear nothing underneath ha!

Yay I am glad you are running it Lily! I'll have to bust out my kilt and shimmey on down to the celebration. :)

Do you know what the course is? Hopefully it's on the west side of Payson because the east side is a little hilly.
