40 minutes on the elliptical, and ran 6 miles. Did 8 pick ups at a 6:40 pace. Lot's of sweat!

Right now just 1 minute. But in the past I would hold them for 2-3 minutes. :/ I feel so behind

Carina, I barely get through 1 minute. It's so depressing some mornings. I do have days I feel strong tho.
