4 miles @ 4:30 pm river trail out and back. Hot out. My legs felt tight all over. Probably due to the faced paced dreadmill workout yesterday. Avg pace 7:41. Goals this week: hit 45-50 miles Two a day workouts on my recovery mode days Eat no sugar and less carbs. I can do this. I've done it before. Drop 3 lbs. I can do this :)
