2 hours of elliptical today. I know, 2 hours right?? That's a lot, but it was needed and I did just fine. My body is use to it. :) Good news. My injury (SI joint and pirfomis) are feeling so so much better. I can tell I am at a turn around point. I think I will wait a couple more weeks before I try to run. But I can feel a difference. Fingers crossed.
