Thanks Allie :) I AM feeling so much better. I slept in an hour longer today. My husband dug into my calf the last 3 days and I rolled it 3 times a day and its feeling much better. I haven't done a 50+ mile week in months I think.

Hope you are feeling better today and getting some rest. I have not had much time to blog at all for months now so I feel bad that I do not know what is really going on with anyone. BUT I know that when my training gets into the "serious business" phase, I get really tired. I try to work through it for a few weeks and, if I can't, I lay low for at least a week. SO, if you can afford a little break, TAKE ONE!!!! You have earned it and sometimes out bodies cry out for it!
