Mileage is a guess because I wasn't paying attention. I was flapping my yapper at Julie next to me on the stinking dreadmill. I hate the dreadmill. HATE IT. Do you understand danielson?

Those were sprinting miles just so ya know. And they hurt like a motha.

Weights working legs and buttocks. I left early because I am worn out.

5 miles of sprinting on and off is a killer. I tried it again today too, but my legs are so dang sore that I wasn't as motivated today!!! dang! I wish I had you next to me to yap with! :)

I am tired lately too. I hate this time of year.....stupid winter....and stupid dreadmill!
