I never log miles anymore. But guess what? I am still out there running every week. Saturday is now turning into my 'long run" day. ha! 5 miles is nothing to brag over. But I figure in order to keep myself out of the injury pit, I am going to have to do the slowest mileage build up of all time. So each Saturday I add a half a mile and that is all I add in any week. By the time Spring gets here I will be so ready for a marathon. I will get there again. I know I will.
