25 min elliptical, 4 miles running speed intervals. I felt faster and more powerful than the full speed on the dreadmill.

Then I came home and ran up the center street hill, and turned around and ran back down fast. 4 miles outside all together.

8 miles total. I feel peaked and ready for the marathon. 7 days can't come quick enough.

I'd rather wait another week or so, I never look forward to self inflicted pain.

Good idea not hurting yourself, there is nothing you can do this week that will help your performance more than rest.
