7 miles with sprints. Low blood sugar not good when trying to run. So drained, eeeek!

What's the deal with all the low blood sugar?

Good job on your 7.

Thanks Calvin.I gained some fat patties on my bod when I was injured a few months ago and I am trying to get it all off. lower carbs and running just don't mix. I'll only do it for awhile until I get to where I want to be at. Then I'll add more back in. Sure is rough at times though.

Oh man, be careful girl! I tried doing that low carb thing while running to lose weight and almost fainted about 5 miles into every run until I added the carbs back in. I know you know your body well and won't hurt yourself, just be careful. Oh, and yes, I'm a big worry wart. I worry for everyone over everything - it's my talent :)

Just trying sticking your fingers down your throat until you throw up. That's what I do.

RAD no worries, I am careful and pretty in tune. :) Hey I worry a lot to!

Burt, I bet you do. That's how you lost your weight fatty McGee. :)

Fat patties...haha! That is funny! You look great Lily!! Trying to cut calories and run is hard to do! I say do another double donut day...with as much as you run, your extra lbs will melt off in a couple of weeks!
