1 hr lifting with Roy and 45 minutes eliptical. I probably should not have worked on the eliptical because afterwards my piriformis was acting up a bit.
Rolled my hurt muscle with the foam roller on the gym floor.

Saturdays are always my hardest when you are non-running! You are SO used to that Saturday long run that nothing compares. I'm crossing my fingers that the piriformis clams down soon!

Ditto..Scott. Lily - I hear you, better to take a week or two now though - instead of a month or two! I'm still working my way back from the itbs issues this past summer. Foam roller will become your good friend.
