I slept in a little. Then 60 minutes on the elliptical. My foot had sharp pains Monday and Tuesday night. Thought I should be careful again today. My Doctor thinks my feet and I are a joke. You wouldn't believe how many times in the last 3 years I have been in there for hurt feet. The same question is always asked: "are you wearing good supporting shoes during the day?" ummmmmmmmmmmmmm  no. I walk around my home without shoes on all day. And the shoes I do wear out are dainty, thin and cute. Not supportive at all. I already know the solution to my problem. Let me now get a clue and appppply them :)

Wearing somewhat supportive footwear during the day (and around the house) is probably one of the main things that keeps my feet from falling apart. I would say its probably more important than what you wear for running. Most people spend a lot more time on their feet during the day than they do exercising.

So just find some cute shoes that have something to them! And then your feet won't be a problem :-)

Jake good advice. I have some cute Nike's imvgoung to start wearing all day. Can't run in them, might as well walk around in em! :)

I'm sorry to hear about your foot pain Lily. I had terrible plantar fasciits for 5 or 6 years and weak feet for most of my life. Foot pain is terrible! It brings life to a halt pretty quickly. I hope that your feet make a speedy recovery.

Ouch...Hope you figure out some way to deal with this. I understand your pain as I've been running on either a broken/cracked or badly sprained toe for about two weeks. Now both feet are hurting and it's not fun!
