Weights for 30 minutes. I don't like the meathead lifestyle and aura. Just my opinion....
Ran 9 miles with no real structure of a workout or anything. It was just for the fun of it.
14 minutes elliptical.

Now will you allow me to rant about the weights at the awful SF Golds Gym. On Friday I was lifting, had all of my stuff out and a bench. I went to the bathroom for 2 seconds and the freaking meat heads had moved all of my stuff, taken the weights I was using, and were on my bench. Ugh it made me so mad! I really hate the weight section at that gym.

I'm with you on that one sisters! I haven't been able to run more than two miles since my first marathon on Oct. 21st. ITB band issues with the outside of my right knee.... anyways, I'm in the gym trying to strengthen my core and lower body so I can eventually run again. So many steakheads in there it makes me sick. I can't even believe some of these chumps are real!
