Updating from my crackberry so this won't look pretty :) 40 min elliptical before I threw my hands up in the air and said screw it! I'm gonna run! I had some discomfort the first 2.5 miles and then it got better and better. Last part I couldn't tell anything was wrong. Pain is now in the back of the calf halfway down. Sometimes I feel weakness when walking in the mid calf. I used to hurt in the front by my shin, now that's gone. What is that? Tendons? Not achilleis right? Made it 6.2. Made me happy |
