Track day! 1.5 mile warm up, then sprinted 4x200, then 2x400, then 6x200. I still feel like I am lacking something when I sprint. I cannot put my finger on it. I know there is always some wind resistance here. hmmm. I don't really know if my pace in a 5k will have changed much yet. I'm just not sure. I ran a half mile cool down jog.
My right calf muscle is still bothering me. Strained perhaps? Not sure if I should go see the Dr. or tone things down. I don't know these days. Elliptical for 46 minutes after.
